Naples Canal

I ran across this view early one morning in Naples, FL. I'd been in town working for a couple weeks, staying at the Naples Grande, and decided to do a little exploring. It was fairly early and a bit foggy when I headed out, walking south from the hotel. I knew that I'd eventually end up on Gulf Shore Blvd., and I thought I might be able to find a Starbucks down there somewhere. This bridge, on Seagate Drive, crosses the canal (called Venetian Bay, according to Google Maps) that runs behind the houses and condos on the east side of Gulf Shore.
